Villa Santa Cruz is a Resident owned community, for people 55 years of age and older. Our 121 unit park is located on the ocean side of Highway 1, in the Live Oak area of Santa Cruz County, between the cities of Santa Cruz and Capitola.
Villa Santa Cruz Cooperative, Inc. is organized as a stock cooperative under the Davis-Stirling Common Interest Development Act, under which the Cooperative holds title to the Park and Shareholders of the Cooperative have an exclusive right to occupy a portion of the Park through an Occupancy Agreement in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Governing Documents.
